2. What data we collect

Identification and contact data: name, phone, email.
Trip data: pickup/drop-off addresses, date, time, number of passengers, special requests.
Billing data for companies: company name, VAT ID, address.
Technical data: IP address, browser type (via cookies and logs).
Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do NOT store your card details.

3. Purpose & legal basis

Providing the transport service and managing your booking: performance of contract.
Issuing invoices and accounting/tax obligations: legal obligation.
Trip-related communications (email, WhatsApp, phone): performance of contract.
Website improvement and analytics: legitimate interest / consent (cookies).

4. Who we share data with

To the drivers assigned to your trip, the payment processor (Stripe), the invoicing provider, email/hosting providers and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep data

Booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and afterwards per legal retention periods (e.g. accounting records 10 years). Marketing data until you withdraw consent.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent. You can exercise them by writing to contact@shuttlevan.ro. You may also contact the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
