The website shuttlevan.ro (the "ShuttleVan" brand) is operated by:
We provide private passenger transfers (including Otopeni/Baneasa airport transfers), intercity transfers and van/minibus rental, with or without a driver. Bookings are made online at shuttlevan.ro, by phone or by email.
Prices are shown in EUR. For airport transfers the price is fixed per vehicle class and is displayed before confirmation. For long-distance/intercity trips the price is set according to route and vehicle and is confirmed before booking.
Payment can be made online by card (securely processed by Stripe), to the driver, or by bank transfer for corporate clients. We do not store your card details.
After booking you receive confirmation by email. For transfers, the assigned driver is communicated before the trip, and at the airport the driver waits with a name sign (meet & greet). We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time for delays.
You may cancel a booking free of charge at least 24 hours before the pickup time. For cancellations within the last 24 hours or no-shows, the operator may retain the full or partial amount, depending on costs already incurred. Cancellations are sent by email or phone.
Under art. 16 (l) of Romanian GEO 34/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to passenger transport services provided on a specific date or period. Therefore, bookings confirmed for a specific date are not subject to withdrawal, but to the cancellation policy above.
The customer provides correct contact details, pickup address and time, number of passengers and luggage. The number of passengers cannot exceed the vehicle capacity. Behaviour endangering safety may lead to termination of the trip.
We make every effort for punctual and safe trips. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, weather, traffic or other causes beyond our control. Vehicles are insured according to law.
We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
